This complete renovation in Tiana not only transforms a space but also symbolizes a new beginning for Javier. After a period of changes, he needed much more than a house: he was looking for a personal refuge, a place where he could feel like himself, while staying connected with his children and friends.
The most significant change is in the daytime area, where we opened the kitchen to the living-dining room with a large window bar, allowing for flexible connection and separation. We also redefined the office and bike storage area with a simple change of access, optimizing the space. The entire home was completely renovated, from the layout to the furniture and decoration, giving it a new identity.
