When three siblings reached out to us to renovate their uncle’s apartment in Sants, they wanted to honor his memory by giving it a new life. The home, in very poor condition and with a non-functional layout, needed a complete renovation to become a bright, practical, and welcoming space.
The renovation involved a total redistribution. The bedrooms were relocated near the entrance to create more privacy, while the kitchen was opened to the living-dining room, taking advantage of natural light and encouraging a more fluid way of living. The bathroom was placed in a central, multifunctional core, making use of its perimeter to maximize space and functionality.
A project that has transformed an outdated apartment into a renewed, vibrant space, while preserving the essence of the memories that saw it grow.
